Report a concern

If you encounter harassment, impersonation, exploitation, or any behaviour that violates our Community Guidelines, report it immediately using the in-app report button on profiles, messages, or bookings.

For urgent safety matters, email safety@courtessa.ink with as much detail as possible: usernames, dates, and screenshots.

Safety tips

Meet in public or well-reviewed locations for in-person experiences

Never share passwords, payment details, or verification documents outside official channels
