These Terms govern access to and use of Courtessa, including creator profiles, messaging, bookings, subscriptions, and related features.

By using Courtessa, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement.
Courtessa provides technology for verified creators to publish profiles, communicate, manage availability, and offer paid visibility. Creators are responsible for their content, conduct, and compliance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the billing portal.
You may not use Courtessa for illegal activity, exploitation, hate speech, fraud, or any conduct described in our Community Guidelines.
Courtessa is provided "as is" without warranties. Interactions between users are at their own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
